Mike Denham was a former member of Radio Skerne prior to our merger. You can hear him Monday evenings from 8pm with a great selection of golden oldies and show tunes.

Lindsay is the station treasurer and our second longest serving volunteer. You can hear her every week with Craig Robinson on the Sunday Selection and on Friday evenings from 6pm with Million Sellers.

Chris is our fundraising and PR manager and has been a volunteer since 2000. You can hear Chris every Friday evening from 7pm, live from our Bishop Auckland studio with The Big Friday Night Quiz

Julie is our station secretary. She’s taking a break from presenting at the moment.

Ray Oxley station Chairman for many years. When he joined us in 2000 he was responsible for transforming the station by bringing in a computer playout system and introducing the concept of the request show teams. Ray was involved in hospital radio for many years, volunteering for many stations and producing programmes which were broadcast across hospital radio all over the UK. Ray sadly passed away in January 2022, but his legacy lives on in the ongoing success of PBHR and his programmes. The Chart Show can still be heard on Prince Bishops Hospital Radio.
