History of the show
When Craig persuaded his friend Lindsay to join hospital radio back in 1995 little did they know it was to become one of the station’s longest running programmes, The Sunday Selection.
The Sunday Selection has seen a variety of different faces presenting alongside Craig and Lindsay, but 25 years, two marriages (not to each other) and two children (Craig & Nikki’s) later, the Sunday Selection is still going strong.
After working together for so long, the show second nature and Craig and Lindsay are even able to finish off each other sentences.
Craig Robinson and Lindsay McElhone present the show every Sunday from 6 – 8pm and include features such as celebrity gossip, horoscopes and the UK top ten singles. They also run weekly competitions in the form of the Mystery Golden Year and the Missing Lyrics Quiz (Craig never does get the title right).
The Sunday Selection has been simultaneously broadcast on Bay Trust Radio and Prince Bishops Hospital Radio for the past 17 years . The arrangement is reciprocal, as John and Mo’s Saturday Morning Live comes live from Bay Trust Radio.
Tune in every Sunday for your chance to win, or just to enjoy the wide variety of music and features.
