In a fascinating interview, Dennis Duncan talks to Richard H Tucker MBE. They discuss his time with the RAF, his wide and varied military career and the Armed Services Covenant. 

Having left the RAF, Richard enjoyed several senior roles in Distribution before establishing in 2015 AAA Caring Caretaker Ltd, a Property and Maintenance Company which todays employs 51 personnel of which 24 are ex veterans along with 5 service dependents.

Richard is a member of the Worshipful Company of Paviors, Chair of the North East MoD Employers Recognition Scheme, Member of the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association NE, Chair of the Armed Forces Network for the Province of Durham and Chair of Building Heroes since January 2024.
Richard is also appointed to Public Office as Member of the Veterans Advisory and Pensions Committee.
