Ray Oxley was our station Chairman for many years. When he joined us in 2000 he was responsible for transforming the station by bringing in a computer playout system and introducing the concept of the request show teams.

Ray was involved in hospital radio for many years, volunteering for many stations and producing programmes which were broadcast across hospital radio all over the UK.

Ray sadly passed away in January 2022, but his legacy lives on in the ongoing success of PBHR and his programmes. The Chart Show can still be heard on Prince Bishops Hospital Radio.
